Jessica lands role in ‘A Woman of No Importance’

Big movie role!!!While Lindsay Lohan has been spending her time in rehab, trying to straighten out her life, others have been reaping the rewards of her absence. Take Jessica, who has just reportedly landed a plum movie role that had been originally intended for Lindsay. The payout should help Jessica make a few extra credit card purchases this year.

Jessica, 24, will now play Hester Worsley in the film version of Oscar Wilde’s “A Woman of No Importance,” Myriad Films stated in a release to InTouch magazine.

Lindsay had already announced last week that she was pulling out of the film, saying that she needed to concentrate on getting sober following her decision to seek help, according to the sources at TMZ who broke the story.

The decision to cast Jessica has reportedly threatened to reignite a simmering feud between the two starlets.

Lindsay was reportedly angry when her assistant, Lindsay Ratowsky, left her to work for Jessica. The two had a brief spat at a party in New York when Lohan yelled at Ratowsky when she saw her there with Jessica in November of this past year.
